 The Stories:

“First Light” was originally owned and created by Michelle in May of 2010 before changing hands to Alex and Kaitlin. Since December 2011 Kemi has been the sole owner of the site. All of the stories here on “First Light” have been given to us by the authors or were written specifically for “First Light” by the owner. Permission for the use of each story has come directly from each author who, in most cases, has reached out to us to host their content. Since the site has changed owners and hosts (2014), any stories that were sent in between May 2011 and December 2011 still appear with permission from the authors. All stories from December 2011 to April of 2014 also still appear with permission from their authors.


The Authors:

All of the authors listed both as past and current have submitted their stories to us through their own free will. Whilst First Light hosts their stories we are in no way responsible for any comments made by said authors either here on the site, on the forum or on social media.


Banners & Images:

All banners and images that appear on the site were made either by the author of the story or by the owner. First Light is in no way responsible for the banners/images created by the authors and all backgrounds that appear in banners/images created by the owner were sourced by searching the term “free to use…” followed by the image they were searching for or were paid for stock images. If any of your images have been used without permission then you can contact the owner (Kemi) at firstlight.fanfics@yahoo.com. She will be more than happy to sort any issues out.
